What are your standard operating hours?

Our main service bays operate Mon-Fri from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, for our contracted fleet partners, we operate a dedicated 24/7/365 emergency repair shift to ensure absolute minimum downtime.

Do you work on owner-operator single trucks?

Yes. While we manage massive fleets, our roots are in supporting independent owner-operators. We provide the same level of diagnostic precision and quick turnaround regardless of whether you own 1 truck or 1,000.

Are you an authorized OEM repair facility?

Absolutely. We are factory-authorized for Cummins, Detroit Diesel, PACCAR, and Volvo/Mack powertrain systems. Our technicians hold current certifications and we use genuine OEM parts unless specific aftermarket upgrades are requested.

Do you offer mobile roadside service?

Yes. We dispatch heavily-equipped mobile service units within a 150-mile radius of our facility. These trucks are equipped with welding gear, air compressors, full diagnostic suites, and common replacement parts to get you moving without an expensive tow.

How do your fleet management contracts work?

Our fleet contracts are custom-tailored. Generally, they include prioritized bay scheduling, discounted hourly labor rates, strict preventative maintenance (PM) tracking, and dedicated account managers who handle all DOT compliance and reporting on your behalf.
